 Paul Hawkins is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management (FIPM) and has been with 

GlobalSearch from its early days. Paul is a retired banker who spent fifteen years with Lloyds 

Bank International in South America, New York and London, then four years with National 

Bank of Kuwait, based in Kuwait followed by five years in Riyadh with Riyad Bank and Saudi Hollandi Bank. The early appointments were in finance, the last thirty years in Human Resources. Paul has written three management books, the most recent one “Mastering Artificial Intelligence in the Job Market.” He has also written six books on the history of football.

Randa Hamzehholds an MBA Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Management and is currently a part-time lecturer at the American University of Beirut (AUB), the Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS), and the American University of Kuwait (AUK). She has worked with GlobalSearch on human resources assignments in Kuwait during her time at NBK and AlArgan. Randa has 25 years of diversified experience in HR Advisory Services, Management Consulting, Training, Education, and Banking. She has also managed projects as a Consultant for the World Bank in Lebanon, Oman and Egypt.
